Shipping Policies
All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.
On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

For a full refund please follow our policy carefully:
1.
On line orders must be returned within 25 days of purchase.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
2.
You need to retain and provide a valid sales receipt.
Absolutely no refunds without a receipt.
3.
New books must be unmarked and in their original condition.
4.
Shrink-wrapped packages must be unopened. Please check with
instructors before removing shrink wrap.
5.
The last day for a full refund is the last day financial aid is
available in the bookstore. Any
books purchased after that day must be returned that same day for a full
refund. This does not include on
line purchases.
6.
All returns are subject to approval by management. (ex: electronics,
cosmetic, medical items, etc.)
7.
Textbooks returned outside of these conditions may be returned under
the guidelines of our buyback policy.
